Hi everybody,
I know that this isn't the place to promote one manufacturer over another, but I think I have a duty to other wargamers/consumers to inform them of the excellent service I have recently received from Perry Miniatures.  I won't go into details, but following an order complication, they demonstrated a level of communication and service that deserves to be "mentioned in dispatches".

Hm ... since Kevin mentioned the Perrys this might be interesting for everybody: I recently emailed them because I wanted to know if they have any plans to sculpt SYW-miniatures (meaning the European theatre)

Big releaf  :) ... for my wallet
Big dissapointment  :( ... for myself

They are too busy with their current ranges ... a SYW-range would be a huge project ...

What a bummer!

Would have been hard to top the excellent Minden Miniatures range anyways..world won't stop turning and there are other scales and manufacturers  ;)

I never had heard from Minden Miniatures.
Thank you for mentioning them - they really look great.

And I do admit, you're absolutely right.
Even the Perry twins would have to make efforts to beat them ...

I must say the PERRY's do provide EXCELLENT service and value for money. I have been building my AWI armies using 'mainly' PERRY Miniatures, (and some EUREKA Miniatures).
The miniatures themselves are simply the finest out there for the AWI and Napoleonics IMHO.
