I basically have everything but the 1806 prussians in 25mm and thinking of expanding 15mm. So how do the 1806 Prussians fair?
Looks like they are robust in size, decent cavalry. But will be out generralled and out skirmished.
Thoughts ?

You summed it up perfectly, in my opinion.
Their use of Linear Tactics makes them play a little different than some other armies - depending upon your playing style.
Linear Tactics are hard to use. After a couple of games with my 1805 Austrians I realised I would have to play quite differently with them. So I used them as 1809 Austrians instead!
I do have a nearly finished 1806 Prussian army - I am hoping that small Linear Tactics units will not be as difficult to use as large Linear Tactics units. But two units of large Cuirassiers starting on table should be pretty handy.

I have been playing the early era Russians and, yes, the linear tactics rule is a tough one. I've by no means mastered working within its restrictions but I have learned two things: one is to stay in attack columns for as long as possible in order to reduce target frontage and have some maneuverability. The second is to leave enough space to deploy into line when the time comes!

Almost finished my 1806 Prussians using AB miniatures.
Not sure how they will fight, but they look cool!
