Hi Guys,
This probably has been covered elsewhere, but after playing (2) 1813-14 games yesterday, the question came up as to why the Prussians recieve no bonus units when Attacking.
Any thoughts?

They do.
The troops for 1813-14 and 1815 are the same and if you look the box covers both columns. That box covers both periods - you get all in the box for each period. So they do get extra - and if is sounds like you played with less troops than you should have.
