I bought the PDF copy of Lasalle some time ago, and now, after playing a number of games and having made my own QRS, it's getting a bit tired to have to go to the computer every time a rules question occurs or even when we want a randomly set up table. I would like a decent quality book version akin to Grande Armee (ie not doing it with a personal printer), but having spent the money on the PDF already and scouring for a decent quality hard copy leaves me turning to professional printing. I looked at sites like Lulu and such but I don't think they'll do printing unless you own the rights to the book. Which is understandable, as they're set up for publishers (and I'm not looking to sell this copy). Anybody here have experience with a solid professional printer (preferably online) or with the same experience as me?

I don't have any objection to an individual buyer making ONE bound copy of his PDF rule set for himself. You wouldn't be in violation of copyright or trademark to do so. You, the buyer, retain a single legally-obtained copy of the document that you purchased.
The violation would come if you made multiple copies to sell or otherwise distribute. Then I would be obliged to pursue such a person for violation of a US registered Trademark. (The mark and title are legally owned by me and I retain exclusive rights to publish and distribute them).
