So we had Six players on a 5 by 9 table last night. Each with one core force, two on each side with one addittion. A deacent sized game, but was pushing it a bit. Ill be offering this as a option for clubs. If you can come up with three 4by 6 tables, or two ping pong tables, and roll up three tables. All end on end, determine forces, one side the glorious French (mais bien sur!) and the other the hapless allies! Determine for all three tables who will be the attacker and the other side the defender. One player can act as corp commander (if ya all wish) and determine the placement of the objectives on all three tables. One thing the keep things interesting allow forces to cross over onto the next table. So the attacker can minimize the distance (tho still keeping with the placement rules)between two of the three objectives. Sort of the location of the 'main thrust' if you will. Tho this intermixing will force every one to keep pace in the turn. But the team play aspect does add a level to the evening.
An Idea for a large game.
