I know you don't want a million questions on this and that about the rules, but I have to ask. Artillery batteries like in Lasalle of multiple bases or one base per battery? I am planning my armies for my imagi-nations and wanted a couple batteries per nation with limbers but didn't want to go overboard with limbers.

I use one limber to two guns.

each base is an artillery "unit." An army typically has a "battery" of anywhere from 2-5 artillery units.

Thanks Sam. Now I can plan my little armies. I am thinking the Blue army with units named after beers. The Yellow army named after cheeses. The green army and the red army. Haven't decided on those two yet. Maybe types of cattle or sheep. Sometimes I think the best part is coming up with names and histories.
