Discuss the Honour system.

   Hi

   I have an Austrian Army that is painted and based for NB. I recently purchased Lasalle and have some questions or clarifications.

   1. Infantry units - use the 4 "bases" except for extra large units as std. Right?

   2. A base if actually 2 NB bases side by side?

   3. Cavalry should be 2 bases wide - if I do this then I have really large cavalry units. ie say 4 "bases" = 8 NB bases = 32 cav for one unit. I can't really do this. I note that some people have used a NB base as a Lasalle base but turn it sideways when in line. The other option is to rebase... no no no as I still would like to play NB. HELP!

   4. Army list - these consist of core army and then a selection of organic, reserve or avant-guarde.

   I suppose my main problem is cavalry and how to sort this out. Can anyone help?

   2. Correct for infantry. NB players generally have some issues with the cavalry basing, though.

   3. Have you considered painting up a few extra Cav for Lasalle? Or maybe cutting some of your NB bases in half so that they can still re-combine for NB?

   4. One Core list... plus one Supporting Brigade. That brigade can be either organic, reserve, or allied. (Later as you get more experienced, you can additional supporting brigades.)

   Wow! Fast response Sam. Many thanks.

   I'll talk to my opponents here and look at halving my NB bases.

   Hopefully we'll be able to work something out. :)
