Sam - Could you please take a look at this example and see if we resolved correctly:

[Imagine that the Battery is limbered and extends single file behind the howitzer stand - I reposed the picture after the fact and forgot to limber up the artillery]
Brits get to choose the first combat because they are using the Superior Commander rule...
Brit Turn 1: (1) The RHA Unit moves on top of the hill and ends limbered. (2) British hussars are lurking nearby on the extreme british right; french left.
French Turn 2: (3) The French Dragoons charge the limbered battery.
British turn 3: (4) The British hussars pass a DISC Test & execute a 2BW wheel and countercharge the Dragoons, hitting the unit to the side (not a clean hit). (5) The limbered battery elects to try and unlimber (much to my surprise - I'm licking my chops) but fails its DISC Test and has to sit there limbered. This leaves us with the situation pictured above, except that the Battery is limbered.
Resolution: We figure the combat dice: (1) The British get half dice becuase they have less than half the Dragoons to their front. They also loose a die for a DISR.(2) The French Dragoons Half their dice because they are an attacker contacted by two units. (3) The Dragoons have "Shock" advantage.
I roll badly and my dragoons are broken - he scores 4 hits to my 1 hit. The game goes down hill from there!
Did we do this right?
Thanks...faron.
