Grats on winning best Miniatures rules at Historicon :)
Its always nice to get this kind of recognition from your peers, well done.
Now to do it again next year with Blucher ;) (no pressure)
Cheers

Well deserved!
Thanks to all.
(I muttered to Dave Taylor, as I held the trophy: "Great, now I better not F**k it up next time...")
Nice one Sam ...Lasalle got me back in to Napoleonics! ...good clean elegant rules ...how could you not win!..I think they will become the benchmark for other wargame rules.
Cheers Paul
ps can't wait to see Blucher and Stonewall!
Congrats Sam, well deserved!
congrats Sam. I got to play about 5 LaSalle games this weekend and really enjoyed myself. Thanks again.
Congratulations Sam.
Woohoo! Well done!
Of course not even 24 hours has passed, and I'm being accused on TMP of having bribed the judges. (After he realized there were no judges, he changed his story to "bribing the vote-counters.")

Sigh.
There is never a shortage of entertainment over there. I have to laugh at how threads like that one evolve.
Congratulations Sam.
I just read that thread over on TMP, you have to laugh.....
Congrats Sam, well deserved.
Steve.
Well done Sam!! I wont say i'm surprised as the rules are a total breath of fresh air for napoleonics and a great playable game.
As for the TMP well enough said really unless they are bitching and putting someone down "some" are not happy.
Hi
A great news!
In Spain there is some trepidation for the releasing of the Spanish version of Lasalle

Congratulations sir! I really enjoy reading your rule book and of course playing the game. Your book is costing me a lot of money buying 10mm, 15mm AND 28mm Napoleonics. 10mm because they look the best en masse, 15mm for the painting challenge also everyone else bar one person is playing that scale and 28mm because I have a lot already.
Congratulations are very much in order.
LaSalle has a started buzz for Napoleonics here in New Zealand that has not been seen in decades. Keep up the good work and I must say how much we appreaciate the feedback you give via this forum.
Cheers

So that's why there were calling your name out over the microphone! I'm sorry I missed talking to you while there... Maybe next time.
Congratulations!
Edgar
Well done Sam!
Good, good, good congratulations !!!
Thanks a lot Sam, you got me back into napoleonics game.
Easy, fun and complete.
When do you think you will translate Lasalle into french ? (a necessary condition IMO for french wargamers)?
Thanks again !
A french wargamer.
My sincere congratulations sir.

I think the award was very well desereved!
Bought the rules, enjoyed reading them, but don't expect to play them.
But like many wargamers I am eagerly awaiting the Blucher rules at the next level up.
Any update on when they will be published?
Congratulations :-)
Very nice rules, we try them out last week for first time at our club and enjoy
them very much.
