I know that the order of Combats is alternate (with winner of roll off choosing first) but I don't recall seeing anything in the rules specifying the order of Reactions.
I take this to mean that the Defender resolves reactions in any order he sees fit.
Is that correct?

The rules would have to specify what the criteria were for resolving the order of Reactions (if there were an order). As there are no rules relating to this I think its fairly reasonable to assume that the player who is reacting does so in any order he likes. Thats the way I have always seen the rules played.
