a.) my austrian opponent charges my 4 base hussar unit with his 6 base cavalry unit.
in my reaction face i countercharge his cavalry with a 4 base dragoon unit in the flank/rear.
does the austrian cavalry halves dice for multiple defenders or i take into account only the defenders that the cavalry unit touched when it charged (before i countercharged him ) where it is only one defender.
b.) doews the attacker ( austrian cavalry ) has to halve dice cause it has a countercharge on its flank ? ( the rules say only for defender that received a flank charge not for an attacker who received flank countercharge )
c.) does the commander rerolls only a recovery roll or anyone discipline test?

Yes, the Austrian attack would halve dice because he faces two defending units.
No, the attacker isn't halved (again) for an enemy on his flank. That's not necessary because an attacker is already halved if the defender doesn't cover more than half of his front... which by definition would include his flank.
No, the commander does only the things described on page 72.
