Discuss the Honour system.

   For those who can attend Cold Wars, we're planning a veritable Lasalle extravaganza.

   First there will be Tod Creasey's Somosierra game on Friday at 1 PM.

   Then we'll have the "Mini-Tourney" on Saturday evening starting at 5 PM. For this we've set up five small tables. Tables 1-4 will be set up with different army matchups in both 15mm and 28mm. We've got two Peninsular War games, a French-vs-Russians game, and... actually, I'm not sure what Tom & Cliff are doing on their table. Then I'm running the "Total Newbie Table" that can hold up to 6 people.

   If you sign up for the Newbie Game, you'll get a rules briefing from me. If you already have read the rules or played at least once, then you should go to one of the Walkup Tourney tables where we'll match you up with another player. (Singles or Doubles, depending upon how many people show up.)

   This reads like it will be a lot of fun. I'm interested in seeing/playing in the 28mm games.

   Will the minitures be provided? I'm a newbie and interested in 28mm only. :)

   Yes; the 28mm game will feature Jay Laura's Peninsular War figures, some of which are photographed in the book.

   Well, maybe you can persuade Jay that his armies will be safe in my hands at Cold Wars and the people playing won't damage them moving them around!

   I am currently in the process of completing a Core Peninsular French Army and a Core British Light Division for the 28mm game at Cold Wars. If Jay commits 2 armies as well it will be a true 4 player game.
