1. Can you retrograde wheel then move forwards (either straight or wheeling)
2. Can you flank move then move straight forward? (i realize you cant forward wheel as it's a maneuver)
3. Can you oblique then move straight forward? (i realize you cant forward wheel as it's a maneuver)

1. is definitely yes I believe.
In lieu of official advice 2 and 3 I'd assume probably are also for same reason - it's only Manoeuvres you can't combine in a move... It's probably been asked and is in the archives... :-)
I see no prohibition against combining a move and a manoeuver (and only some manoeuvre can't be combined).

Your point 3 is depicted in a movement example on pg 28
When doing 2 note that :
"A unit may not move by the flank if it begins, or at any time in
its move comes near the enemy."
