On page 30, in the Activity Phase section of the rules it states:
"A unit may not make a recovery attempt if ......... it interpenetrated or was interpenetrated.
Does this prohibition only apply to interpenetrations occurring in the Activity Phase or does it also apply to interpenetrations that may have occurred in the Reaction Phase?
By default I would play that it applies to both as all those interpenetrations are occurring in the same Turn. Would that be correct?
