I am thinking right now about a scenario for Cryslers Farm. For those of you who don't know it the American C in C Wilkinson didn't show up for the battle but stayed in his tent. The Americans attacked with 4-1 odds but still lost.
Can I represent this in Lasalle by:
1) No C in C. However the army is large enough that I should represent the subcommanders (there will be about 15-20 American units) who were also hopeless on the day. Would poor tactics be enough to simulate the inability to command?
2) This was late 1813 so the American army of Winfield Scott is still 6 months away - these troops were pretty poor so I would rate them as Amateurs
3) British/Canadian troops were good quality but not guardsmen - I would rate them the same or perhaps slightly lower that British of the same period.
4) British/Canadianare defenders are in cover
Do you think this is enough to make a win against 4-1 odds possible?
