Geoff:
I just read your reply. Great to hear from someone else from CNY. There are a couple of us that get together every Monday night at Walt's hobby to either paint or play. We play 15mm WW2, 6mm Iran-Iraq war, ACW, and some Napoleonics. Mainly painting during the summer. Right now we are gearing up for the Battle of First Bull Run we will play in September. You can see more information at http://saltcitywargamers.wordpress.com/
Back In January I had a major house fire. Most of my Napoleonics collection survived but has smoke and soot damage that I need to clean. I was about 80% ready to re fight Sagantum in October on the 200th anniversary but that will now be delayed until the 201st anniversary! We are currently building a new house that should be ready the end of September. Once we are moved, I should have more time to game and paint.
My copy of Lasalle survived with smoke damage throughout. I'm still on the bubble about keeping it or tossing it. Somehow the blacken pages and smell makes it more realistic!
