What are the stats for the Russian Guard Jaeger Battalion? Same as the rest of the Guard Infantry or do these guys have better skirmisher ratings and ability to deploy as an irregular unit?

I've assumed them to be the same as other Russian guards.

`Were the Guard Jaeger looked down on as lesser forms of life like the line Jaeger were though?
