I have a question relating to Town Bases.
If a unit is adjacent to more than one town base then which town base is it able to move onto? All the illustrations in the book (pages 68-69) relate to a single town base.
I have been playing that the unit must move into the town base that covers more than 50% of its frontage or if 50/50 the players choice. Is that a reasonable interpretation of the rules?
p68 says "If the unit's move is sufficient for at least half of its bases to end completely within the town base, then the whole unit may do so. Otherwise, if the unit doesn't have enough movement to end in the town base, it must stop short and be entirely outside."
For me this means the unit makes its legal move as the player wants and then you see if it has at least half its bases in a town base.
So if unit 1 below is facing up toward town bases X and Y, it may be possible to move so that unit 1 ends in town base Y rather than X - it depends on where its move ends.

If you could move to end with exactly half your bases in one town base and exactly half your bases in another town base, then I would allow you to choose when town base you want to be in.
