Simple question but I can't find the answer in the rule book; can artillery move then unlimber?

Okay, I always assumed they could. After looking at the rule book, it is not stated. But since it doesn't say you can't... I reference pg 26 "A limbered artillery unit that changes formation to unlimbered may not move any more in the Activity phase." So, I would say you could move and then unlimbered.
