Does anybody know what color the crew figures were for Westphalian artllery or any books that might have them in it? I'm rebasing my VIII corps for LaSalle from Empire and I have the colors for Cav and my infantry was already done. I just have to scale up my battalions from Empire to LaSalle.

You're a brave man....
The Westphalian gunners wore blue/blue uniforms, very much like their French mentors. In fact, the artillery uniforms were almost identical to the French foot and horse, respectively, except that the Westphalians had solid red collars, instead of blue piped red.
BTW - I have a long article on gaming with the Westphalians - not the same article as the one on the "History" page of this site - that's appearing in the January issue of Wargames Illustrated. There will be some scenarios and army list info there, as well as some painting guides.

The Westphalian's are only part of what I'm working on. I'm just waiting for two orders to arrive to expand my Guards units for the French and Russians, again, based for Empire. It's the whole Imperial Guards (Young, Middle, Old) and all the Russian Guards.
The Westphalians where the only units I had that I could work on immediately since I had figures to start to build them out.

About 10 years ago I had started building the forces for Borodino for Empire. The Empire rules left a lot to be desired, so I lost interest in finishing the project. The LaSalle Rules look good and would be much more playable then Empire (or Shako). The only problem is that the scale of LaSalle if 2 to 3 times the scale of Empire so I'll probably limit it to the French Guard, 5th Corps, 8th Corps and 1st Corps. For the Russian stop at Guards and 2 to 3 Corps of Russians infantry with two Corps of Cav.

Looks like a lot of folks are drifting over here from FOW. Lets face it, I have several companies painted from nearly every WW2 nation now. I need a new challenge! Something like upscaling my Empire 18 man Austrian units to 48 figs... Yeah something like that.
From what I've read the two systems, although totally different rules, seem to share a similar goal/intent and I really like FoW.
My copy of the rules is currently located under a fir tree in my living room and will be for another couple of days - damn 45 years old and I'm still waiting for Santa :)
