The site is in french , but you can select the different options (Infanterie de ligne , Infanterie legre, etc) they include clasical uniform plates
There's also more here Simon
http://napoleonistyka.atspace.com/infantry_Napoleon_3.htm#_Westphalians
And here, look under foreign/etranger
://uniform1812.ifrance.com/
So would I be right to say Westphalian Cuirassiers are French Carabiners with a plume added?

Depends on wich scale you play and your own exigency level....
White uniforms seems only being carried by 1st regiment pre-1813 and 2nd pre-1811.
Cuirasses seems only been delivered to them 1810+ , initially only a blackened steel breast , and later the french cuirassiers one (without the carabiniers's sunburst if you are doing 28mm+)

Wow. Thanks. So what figs would I use for 15mm?
My compliments Vilcum. That is what I call helping someone out...
If you like AB miniatures these should be close enough look at the 1st cheveaux leger

Chariot miniatures from magister militum do a prussian cuirassier (no cuirass) that with a bit of painting would work.

the only other figure that i can think of that will work well would be a belgian carabiner 1815 period from minifigs code for troopers is 2NNC and command 12NNC but i cannot remeber if it has a blanket roll slung on the troopers shoulder
Simon, Eureka Miniatures in Melbourne is the retailer for AB figures down here, have a look at the French Carabineer figures, all you need to add is the plume.
